In order to give yourself the best chance of succeeding with your insulation, heating change, solar panel installation or electric mobility project, it is important to understand the various steps to be taken and the subsidies that may be available to you.
Klima-Agence's mission is to accompany you and explain these steps and the subsidies available to you.
Misleading advertising and erroneous messages
We would like to draw your attention to certain advertisements which refer to Klima-Agence (even using our logo) and to the subsidies granted which are currently circulating on social networks. These advertisements are misleading and have in no way been authorised by Klima-Agence.
Examples of advertisements:
These advertisements give incorrect information about the amounts of the subsidies. Klima-Agence also points out that its mission is to provide information and not to subsidise grant programmes set up by the government, local municipalities and energy suppliers.
If you are contacted by phone, mail or any other means by a company offering its services in the name of Klima-Agence or in partnership with Klima-Agence, please be aware that this has not been authorised by Klima-Agence and that it is a dishonest approach.
We therefore strongly advise anyone wishing to set up a project to contact our Klima-Agence advisors directly to find out more about their personal situation.
