Klima-Agence certified advisors are quality experts certified by Klima-Agence.
To guarantee the quality of the Klima-Agence certified label, advisors must contractually commit to a quality assurance programme (SAQ) that includes the following:
- Compliance with the quality criteria on the content of the services
- Compliance with the processing time for the services
- The quality control of the services by the Klima-Agence
- The evaluation system by the clients
- The participation in training courses
