Niederanven, partner municipality of Klima-Agence in the development of the Zesumme renovéieren project
As a peri-urban municipality, Niederanven offers an interesting opportunity to test and develop elements of the Zesumme renovéieren pilot project under different conditions.
Klima-Agence, in collaboration with an external provider, has analysed the housing in Niederanven in preparation for the ‘Niederanven isulate now!' campaign. 1,410 homes were built before 1996 and offer considerable potential for energy improvements. Around 80% of the houses can be classified according to 15 typical building types, including bungalows and historic farmhouses.
The ‘Niederanven insulates now’ campaign runs from March to December 2025. During this period, homeowners will be accompanied and supported by the district manager and the team of Klima-Agence advisers if they wish to improve the energy efficiency of their home through insulation measures and reduce their energy consumption on a long-term basis.
The kick-off meeting will take place on 4 March 2025, at which you will receive all the information you need to take part in the ‘Niederanven Isolates Now’ campaign.
The registration period for the action begins on 4 March and ends on 30 March 2025.
