Partner municipalities of Klima-Agence in the development of the Zesumme renovéieren project
The partner municipalities offer an interesting opportunity to test and further develop elements of the pilot project “Zesumme renovéieren” and “My municipality insulates now!” in a peri-urban context.
In collaboration with an external service provider, and in preparation for the campaign “My municipality insulates now!”, Klima-Agence analysed the housing stock in municipalities on the urban fringe.
In addition to Niederanven, which launched the campaign in spring 2025, Schuttrange now joined one year later. Like Niederanven, Schuttrange is also a peri-urban municipality with the same building typology.
For the various building types are building fact sheets available. These provide all the key information relevant to energy renovation and can be consulted online.
Homeowners will find information on the energy performance of their building, potential improvement measures, state and municipal subsidies, as well as regulations concerning extensions, conversions and insulation measures compatible with heritage protection.
