Klima-Agence, in collaboration with the Chambre des Métiers, the GSPL and the OAI, is pleased to invite you to participate in its Forum – Heat Pumps in Co-owned Properties, which will be held on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, from 12:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at the Chambre des Métiers.
This event will be an opportunity to discuss the challenges and solutions related to the integration process of heat pumps in co-owned properties, through:
- presentations by industry experts, addressing the operating principles of heat pumps, the reasons of their relevance, various available market solutions, and the technical and regulatory framework: acoustic aspects, procedures and authorisations, installation constraints, and financial subsidy schemes;
- practical feedback, including examples of successful installations and the GSPL's perspective on the current state of heat pump deployment in co-owned properties, including the difficulties encountered and lessons learned;
- and a discussion panel bringing together various stakeholders involved in the energy transition, including guest speakers, to discuss the levers for action, the conditions for success and the prospects for heat pumps in co-owned properties.
No prior experience or expertise in heat pump installations is required: the forum is open to all professionals, managers, property managers, co-owners or decision-makers who wish to better understand the technical, economic, and environmental challenges of these solutions.
Simultaneous translation from Luxembourgish to French will be provided throughout the event.
