On 30 January 2026, Klima-Agence organised a unique event dedicated to electric mobility in residential buildings at the New Year's reception of the GSPL (Groupement des Syndics Professionnels au Luxembourg).
During this meeting, Klima-Agence presented its support services for residential buildings, as well as several practical tools for installing charging infrastructure: a practical guide forcharging stations in residential buildings, a comparison tool for charging stations and management systems, and an overview of the financial aidsavailable in Luxembourg.
The event also provided an opportunity to discuss authorisations and technical requirements in residential buildings, thanks to presentations by Creos Luxembourg and the Inspection du travail et des mines (ITM).
A special discussion session then allowed property managers and service providers specialised in charging infrastructure for electric vehicles to meet during a themed speed dating event. These discussions encouraged the sharing of experiences, the identification of challenges encountered in the field and the presentation of solutions available on the Luxembourg market.
